​Payment & Shipping

Please allow 7-14 for your order to be processed and shipped. We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL. Allow up to 3 days for us to verify and process an order. Allow an additional 5-8 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 10-15 days for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service. 

We hold the right to cancel an order at anytime. We hold the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, UPS or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS, UPS or DHL.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location & shipping service requested/purchased.

 

Returns & Refunds

*Due to COVID-19 we are currently not offering returns on merchandise. 

NO refunds on regular merchandise.

NO refunds or exchanges on Limited & Sale merchandise.

Exchanges are ONLY accepted on regular priced merchandise.

The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of order. Items must be in 100% new condition (washed, worn or altered items will not be accepted) Please contact us upon sending the item back, to confirm your exchange. Send email to sales@realrebelapparel.com

We will not accept any packages sent
without authorization.

Domestic and international customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back.

If Rebel Apparel shipped you the wrong item, please send us an email to sales@realrebelapparel.com

We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your email.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please get in contact with us immediately within 14 days of receiving your order.
